Return window
Non-perishable goods may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery when unused and in original condition. Perishable goods are returnable only when damaged, defective, or significantly mis-described.
Damaged or wrong item
Open a support ticket within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will review and offer a replacement, return, or refund where eligible.

- Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely with original packaging where possible.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed after review or return receipt. Bank and card processing times vary by provider.
Return shipping
NonaMart covers return shipping for damaged, wrong, or defective items. Change-of-mind returns may require the buyer to cover shipping.
